Marcus Hunter Neill

My name is Marcus Hunter Neill but I'm also known as Lady Portia Di'Monte. I have been working in broadcasting and live entertainment for ten years receiving great acclaim and fantastic audience reviews.
I hold a Higher National Diploma in Performing Arts.
For the past 5years I have been invited back several times to perform a live cabaret show and stand up comedy in venues throughout Toronto. I am founder and host of the NVTV production of Lady P's People which successfully aired for three seasons in Northern Ireland & Canada.

I had a guest appearance in the Keith Lemon Movie
I also do a lot of charity work with ladies who are suffering from cancer to whom I offer makeup, skin care and hair loss advice.
I often conduct after dinner speaking for private dinner parties. Most recently I worked at a dinner event where members of the Royal family and major sports personalities were in attendance. They all praised me and offered testimonials (available on request).

For the past two years I have hosted a weekly musical theatre radio show on Belfast's Feile FM which received top ratings against competing morning radio programmes. I have also been a guest DJ on breakfast and drive time shows covering holiday and absences.
I have presented on Radio Ulster with John Daly, Alan Simpson and Steven Nolan. I was in the pilot team for John Daly for his afternoon show and also for Patrick Kielty so he could cover Alan Carr's radio show. I have also appeared in a few pilots for BBC TV, im just back from Liverpool filming a 10 week talking heads comedy show
for Sky 1,
this Autumn i'll be in a BBC crime series Ripper St and i am the face of a new club in Dublin called Wilde bar
where i host 5 nights! also i was on come dine with me and got great reviews.

I am a makeup expert on Tyrone Productions, presenting classes over the air ways (which I've also done on Feile and UTV's Late and Live). I recently took part in the Wendy Austin outside broadcast which was held at the City Hospital Cancer Centre. Because of my entertaining talent I have been given the chance to mentor other presenters and give workshops on Feile FM.
This year I plan to entertain British troops in Afghanistan and other places where it is difficult to persuade other top class performers to visit- I'll be the new forces sweet heart, so watch out Vera Lynn!

I am completely open and flexible as to working hours and location. I would be happy to perform holiday cover or take up temporary posts. I have lots of ideas that would make for great shows for both TV and Radio. I'm never stuck for anything to say and I'm innovative when it comes to thinking on the spot.
For the past two years I have been invited to act as compere for a version of the X Factor called the T Factor for the charity Public Initiative for the Prevention of Suicide and Self-harm (PIPS). I hosted the finale which was attended by over 300 guests. Notable attendees included Belfast City's Lord Mayor Pat Convery and other politicians and dignitaries.

I host and organise the annual Uber Chic Real Women's Fashion Show, a cancer charity event. I entertain over 700 audience attendees. The event has grown from strength to strength with each passing year and has been referred to as a "no ordinary catwalk presentation but one which is in complete harmony with the cause for which it is staged" by the Belfast Telegraph.
Generally I find the unique nature of my character and performing style generates an environment for entertainment that is infectious with fun and excitement. My portfolio involves acting as hostess, an event compere, lounge DJ and drag performances as Lady Portia, the role for which I have achieved most prestige within Ireland and the UKĀ
